Are you behaving like leaders do?

One thing great leaders do: they are fully present.

• They make eye contact,
• They ask questions based on genuine curiosity,
• They adjust their behaviour using their empathy to convey their ideas more efficiently,
• They are able to change their mind if someone expresses a better idea,
• They are able to assess situations very quick and take the right actions,
• They don’t leave you on your own when you struggle.

They can do these things easily because they are here, in the “now moment” as we say in coaching.

They have that ability to assess the audience, its expectations, its reactions.
