I’m Caroline.

I feel that the core of a great coaching relationship is for you to know what I believe in, my approach to coaching and my motivations.

So here is a little bit about me.

I am French, married to an Englishman and our seven year-old daughter was born in Dubai.

We have been living in China for a bit more than six years.

In my previous professional life, I was a Supply Chain manager in one of the world’s largest industrial paint company (PPG) and later in a French group, having by then added Purchasing to my position and experience.

In 2020, I decided to change career and got several certifications in Transformational (with CoachMasters Academy), NeuroMindfulness® and Team coaching (with Barefoot Coaching).

My latest coaching training is on going in order to diversify my offer of psychometric tests to my clients.

The way I coach people deeply reflects my values. Being very empathetic, I know how to adjust my coaching style to make my clients feel safe and cared for.

My goal is to enable you to make you change what needs changing and to empower you by giving you more clarity about yourself.

Self-awareness is key to performance.

About my hobbies?

I am a book addict with about 2500 books on my shelves.

Also, I am a competitive person and I do enjoy sports a lot with a soft spot for kickboxing and sailing!

As I worked in 4 different countries with very different economies, cultures, traditions and history, I believe I can use my work and cultural experiences to be more proficient at supporting you and your team(s) to grow.
