WHAT IS SPARKLE COACHING?

Sparkle is a boutique coaching company offering personalised Leadership and Team coaching programmes, all exclusively developed on a client-by-client basis, for individuals and teams.

“Sparkle began the day I chose to reinvent my career — stepping away from senior roles in global organisations as a Purchasing and Supply Chain manager in order to become a certified transformational coach and entrepreneur. In 2021, Sparkle officially launched, carrying the ambition to support leaders and teams with clarity, courage and humanity.

Year after year, Sparkle evolves, adding new coaching niches inspired by my own journey: leadership development and team dynamics for global professionals.

Sparkle is intentionally a small, human‑sized company. I choose to stay close to my clients, to listen deeply, and to adapt quickly.

This scale is a strength: it allows flexibility, authenticity, responsibility, and a coaching relationship built on trust rather than volume”.

MEET CAROLINE, OUR FOUNDER AND COACH

After 15 years in managerial roles across various industries and 14 years living abroad in the UK, Dubai and China, I have gained a deep understanding of business dynamics, multicultural environments and the management of high-performing teams.

I now apply this experience to leadership and team coaching. I support executives, high-potential individuals and entrepreneurs to help them achieve their professional or personal goals.

In practical terms, this involves developing their potential, boosting their confidence and building a sustainable leadership style.

My approach is direct, strategic and people-focused: it brings clarity, encourages bold decisions and fosters steady progress, whilst upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
