What happens during a Team Coaching programme?

Team Coaching is a medium to long-term partnership between you, the sponsor, your team and me, the coach.

We will be working together over a period of 4 to 12 months, knowing that the programme offers a lot of flexibility and can be extended or shortened depending on the team’s needs and results.

As a coach, I will bring my own values – honesty, courage, creativity and trust – and use my experience to adapt to your team and commit to its success.
