What is Coaching?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership”.
You will be learning about your situation by understanding your emotions, feelings, behaviour patterns, values, beliefs.
That’s by using this learning that you can upgrade yourself and turn into a successful, meaningful and impactful leader!

What topic(s)?

Why is it important to pick the right topic?
- You acknowledge something about yourself and/or your situation has to change
- You demonstrate your desire to really change for the best
- You understand you are responsible for this change
To find the right topic, ask yourself:
- What is making me anxious/sad/angry/nervous/impatient, etc?
- What quality(ies) would I like to develop/nurture?
- What is making me happy/energetic/better/enthusiastic/liked/listened to/trusted, etc.
- What is too much pressure for me to bear?
- What would be my ideal “me” or situation in 4-6 months?
Use work feedbacks:
- Self-development tools, yearly appraisals, or simple discussions with managers, colleagues and collaborators.
- What skills or strengths are you having that you could develop more?
- What would make you become a top performer?
- What do you need to get your motivation/KPI back on track?
- What do you want to achieve (promotion, career change, project, etc)
