What makes coaching the best tool for the students to develop into great leaders?
As I am finalizing a 5-day Leadership workshop for students, I would like to reflect on some of the outcomes of what is going to be a fantastic learning opportunity for them.
To make it short, letβs say that Coaching is a powerful tool for students to experiment, learn, and grow.
It empowers them to embrace failures, learn from them and with the help of a certificated coach, achieve their full potential.
π― Invest in coaching and see your kids thrive!
Here is a few of the positive outputs you can expect your kids to gain after a few sessions:
π Organize their time to reduce stress in busy times (revisions, exams)
π Better prioritize their day-to-day tasks
π Learn how to form teams to maximize performance
π Develop autonomy at home/at university
π Improve ability to talk in public
π Raise awareness on their strengths and how to develop them
π Improve their empathy skills
π Emphasize a listening & questioning mindset
π Support them into the βtrying-learningβ process
π Get concrete solutions to turn challenges or problems into opportunities
π Improve their communication skills (negotiating, convincing, persuading)
The end target is simply to give them tools to perform better and also to grow into responsible, confident, caring, reliable adults.
