I was reading an article about the benefits of changing negative behaviours and i was very surprised to read that it takes most people ๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ to change a habit.
Change your behaviour as:

taking the decision to change bad habits will give you a stronger sense of ownership on your life

achieving results, even slowly, will nurture pride and confidence

observing the changes will increase self-awareness
